From Corporate Executive to Solo Builder

At 58, with 25 years of corporate leadership behind me, I faced a choice I wanted to avoid: go back into the corporate grind: sending out résumés, taking the pay cut, accepting whatever role I could find, or do something I'd been thinking about for years but never had the courage to pursue.

Build something of my own. Go public. Put my ideas out there.

But it's not about building just any business. I want to create the tools and frameworks I always wished existed during my corporate career: practical solutions that actually work, without the BS.

Here's What I Learned in 25 Years

Success in business isn't about working harder. It's about:

  • Better systems that multiply your output
  • Clearer communication, especially across cultures
  • The right tools used the right way
  • Understanding unwritten rules that nobody talks about

But most professionals never get access to this knowledge. They spend years figuring it out through trial and error, just like I did.

That's what I want Toolchemylabs to fix.

Why "NO BS"?

Because I've seen many theoretical frameworks fail.

Because I'm tired of gurus selling "transformation" without substance. Tired of tools that overpromise and underdeliver. Tired of advice that sounds good but doesn't actually work.

For 25 years, I have seen a handful of things that work; and I have seen a whole lot of BS that delivers nothing. And I'm only building the first kind of tools.

The NO BS Series is my promise: practical tools, real frameworks, tested solutions. No hype. No fluff. Just what actually moves the needle.
